ACCEPT YOUR MISTAKE AND FORGIVE YOURSELF

 While you might be able to accept your mistake, it is way harder when it comes to forgiving yourself. Many people have that tendency to blame themselves for their broken relationships. You have to stop doing this for yourself. You may be mistaken to choose the person but that does not mean you did something wrong. So you should accept your mistake and must forgive yourself.  Now the next thing you have to do is forgive your ex. Forgiving someone does not mean that you forgot their mistake. If you keep that anger you will never move on. 

ANOTHER RELATIONSHIP

After a breakup, you should not jump into another relationship. Remember that is not love, you just replace your ex with someone to avoid the pain. In the long run, you might have problems in those types of relationships. So you should give yourself some time to heal your past and accept a new future with someone.

STOP THINKING & COMMUNICATING WITH YOUR EX

When you love someone it is not easy to cut them off from your life. But if you stick to your past then you will never overcome your problems. First, you have to stop recalling those memories even if it is good or bad. You must block them from everywhere and also delete their contact number. If you check on them now and then, you never get rid of those feelings. Another thing you have to do is through everything(like: photos, gifts, letters etc) which gives you the memory of your old relation.

This is different for everyone. Some people become good friends with their ex. But it is also an exception for your case. It also depends on you how to handle those relationships. In many cases staying in those relationships causes more pain. So before becoming friends with your ex you have to think twice. 

LEARN HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF

We all want to be loved by the person we love. But before wanting someone to love you, love yourself first. Many people have done some harmful things after the breakup.  Think carefully your ex is not worth hurting yourself. You should remember, things do not remain the same so you will get better. Now is the time to give some attention to yourself. Do something new or old which you do not do for a long time. Go on a date with yourself or buy something for yourself.  It is also important to take care of your health. Never skip your meal because you feel awful.

LEARN FROM YOUR PAST

We all have our past which we cannot alter but we have to learn from it. After a breakup, you learn a lot of stuff about yourself and others. So grab the opportunity to discover yourself again.
