My Thought about this book(Spoilers Free)

Plot – 3.5/5

The story was about a girl named Olive who was a PhD student & her young professor Adam. One evening she kissed her professor(did not realize it at that time)  by accident to avoid her best friend’s suspicions question. Because she lied to her best friend about her dating life.

Writing Style – 3/5

I like the writing style. It was a little slow burn but never bored me. I liked the way their story grew step by step and ended.

Romance & Emotion – 3.5/5

I prefer books when it shows romance with emotional bonding more than physical. So this type of romance I adore.

Characters – 4/5

Adam Carlsen was the most respectable character in this whole book. Adam always respected Olive, from the moment he met her. Not only respect her, but he also supports her every time she needs him.

But I didn’t like how Olive thought about herself. But I was happy that in the end, she did the right thing. She was strong and intelligent but had insecurities about herself.Other than that I liked the side characters as well. I didn’t like Tom’s characters in it.

Enjoyment – 4/5

Usually, I didn’t cry over a book. But this time I got a headache because I cried over a book. I love fake dating & age gap plots too much. I did enjoy reading it.

Ending/Epilogue – 3/5

For me, the ending of a book is so important. And in this book I liked it.
